Donkey Dumplings

Add a little water to the chopped donkey meat, stir well and let it stand for ten minutes. After the meat has completely absorbed water, add in oyster sauce, fresh soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen spices, salad oil and stir well. It is best to add green onions and stir evenly.

Tips:

3. Don’t mix the noodles with too much water. The noodles can form a dough, and the noodles of the dumpling wrappers are harder and have a chewy texture.
