Donkey Meat in Sauce

Soak the donkey meat in water for two hours, pour out the blood water, and let it dry.

Put oil in the pot, add the aniseed, pepper, bay leaves, cloves, chili, and cinnamon to fry until fragrant, remove it and discard it.

Add bean paste to the oil and stir fry until fragrant, add green onion, ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant.

Put the meat into the stir-fry.

When the meat is fried to remove moisture, add a little white wine. Put tempeh, yellow sauce, sweet noodle sauce, dark soy sauce in the pot and stir fry.

After the meat is fried with sauce, add boiling water to cover the meat, put it in a pressure cooker, cook for 1 hour, add sugar and salt, cover the pot, and apply air pressure for 15 minutes.

Remove the meat and let it cool and slice it for consumption.
Tips:
The miso soup can be filtered to remove impurities, reserved for the old soup, and frozen for storage.
