Going to the market to buy some donkey meat, I thought of donkey meat burning in my mind.

Ingredients

Donkey Meat on Fire

1. Stir the flour, mushroom powder, oil, and salt to form a paste.

2. Put the yeast in warm water and let the noodles wake for 15 minutes

3. Roll out the awake noodles into dough

4. Spread the mixed paste evenly on the dough

5. Rolled into strips

6. Divide evenly into small doses

7. Close the small dose

8. Press into a cake

9. Roll into dough

10. Wrap the rolled dough with donkey meat (same method as beef filling)

11. After wrapping, gently knead into small balls

12. Squeeze gently

13. Fry both sides in a well-oiled baking pan

14. After frying, put it in the baking tray, heat up and down 180°, bake for 15 minutes (adjust the time according to your own oven)
