Donkey Meat on Fire
1.
Pour flour into a basin and add water to make a slightly soft dough. Knead smoothly. Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for half an hour. Knead the dough twice more during the process of waking up.
2.
Prepare pastry: Pour flour, thirteen incense, salt, and mix well in a bowl.
3.
Pour the oil into the pan and heat it up. Pour it into a bowl with flour and mix well. Set aside.
4.
Divide and cut out a portion of the dough that has been set aside, and rub a few pieces of dough that are almost the size of a dumpling agent.
5.
Pour the oil in another bowl, and put the small pasta into the oil bowl.
6.
Then roll the large dough that has been set aside into large slices. Brush evenly with the prepared shortbread.
7.
Shun it up.
8.
Cut into uniform agent.
9.
Flatten the cut agent in the middle. Take out the small dough soaked in the oil bowl. Wrap it inside.
10.
Pinch both ends in. Close your mouth down.
11.
Roll out a slightly thicker pie, waking up for 5 to 10 minutes. Brush a layer of oil in the preheated electric baking pan, put the awake biscuits into the electric baking pan and bake them to make one side golden brown. The other side is golden yellow.
12.
My home appliance baking pan has been used for more than ten years and it is not beautiful, so I didn't take pictures of the baking pan.
13.
Chop the chopped donkey meat (you can add some stewed donkey meat in the soup). Add your favorite shredded pepper and coriander.
14.
Take a bite.
15.
Fragrant!
