Douban Fresh Fish

Ingredients: one tilapia weighs about 1.5 kg, ginger, green onion, garlic

After the fish is cleaned, absorb the water with kitchen paper, cut it diagonally on the body, apply a layer of salt evenly on the whole body, massage for a while until the salt is completely dissolved, and marinate for about 1 hour.
