Beat the eggs in the rice, stir well and then stir-fry.

Ingredients: 1 salted egg yolk, 2 eggs, 1 shallot, rice and a large bowl

Double Egg Fried Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients: salted egg yolk, eggs, spring onions and rice.

2. Beat eggs and mix well with white rice

3. The salted egg yolk is crushed.

4. Cut the green onion and green onion leaves separately.

5. Pour oil in the pan (pour more oil, and include the amount of oil in the fried rice later). When the oil is warm, add the salted egg yolk and fry until foamy.
