Ingredients

Double Egg with Tofu

1. Heat up the lactone tofu

2. Coriander and preserved eggs ready

3. Take out the lactone tofu

4. Cut well

5. Cut the preserved egg into small pieces, put it on the tofu, and put the cooked egg aside in two portions

6. Add the chopped coriander

7. The oyster sauce, vinegar, salt, sesame oil is mixed into a juice and sprinkled on the tofu

8. Put in red pepper rings and it's ready to serve
