Double Flavored Egg Biscuit

Wash the carrots and cut them into slices first, then shred them and change them into fine diced pieces for later use.

Put 3 tablespoons of white flour into a bowl, beat an egg, sprinkle with pepper; dried red chili powder; salt.

Add the diced carrots and mix well.

Add seaweed to the flour, add cold water, and stir to form an evenly thin dough. Start the pot over a medium-to-low heat, and turn it over after a while.

Put oil in the pan, slowly add the egg and flour, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and fry on both sides until browned.

Trim the fried egg cake; put it in a dish.
Tips:
The fire should not be too high; fry slowly on a low fire; fry until browned.
