Double Fresh Stewed Tofu

1. Soak the tofu in water for 15 minutes

2. Change the knife to cut into small pieces

3. Remove the stems and wash the mushrooms

4. Cut into slices

5. Start the frying pan and fry the tofu slowly over medium heat

6. Fry until golden on one side (as shown in the picture)

7. Pick up the frying pan and pour the mushrooms

8. Pour in tofu and stir fry for a while

9. Pour in the right amount of water and simmer on high heat for 15 minutes

10. Add salt, light soy sauce

11. Add appropriate amount of water to dissolve the starch, add a few drops of dark soy, and mix thoroughly

12. Pour into the pot, simmer until the juice is almost collected, then turn off the heat~
