Double Mushroom Grilled Medium Fin

Ingredients: Pleurotus eryngii, fresh shiitake mushrooms.

Middle wings (cleaned).

Ginger slices, rock sugar.

Remove the roots of the fresh shiitake mushrooms and wash the eryngii mushrooms. Remove the shiitake mushrooms and set aside.

Pleurotus eryngii is placed on the chopping board and cut into hob pieces, set aside.

Place the cleaned middle fin on the chopping board and chop into pieces.

Afterwards, lower the chopped middle wings into a pot of clean water, blanch the ginger slices, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the blanched middle fins and stir fry.

Then, pour in water, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Then, add some light soy sauce, salt, and rock sugar to taste and cook.

Finally, stir in the shiitake mushrooms and eryngii mushrooms, boil the soup thick, and serve.
