Double Mushroom Tofu Soup

Wash oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and cut into pieces for later use.

Wash cucumbers and carrots and slice them for later use.

Cut the lactone tofu into pieces for later use, and then chop some chopped green onions for later use.

Put oil in the wok, wait for the oil to heat up, add cucumber slices and carrot slices and stir fry for 3 minutes

Then pour boiling water and put the double mushrooms in the pot until cooked.

Add salt and thirteen incense to thicken

Take out the pan, add the chopped green onion and sesame oil and serve
Tips:
Use a small amount of cooking oil to stir-fry cucumber slices and carrot slices. If the oil is too much, it will be greasy.
Try to put as little salt as possible, lighter is better.
