Double Pepper and Eggplant

Remove both ends of the eggplant and open it into a flower knife.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
3.
Dice the green pepper and red pepper, add all the seasonings, mix well and set aside.
4.
Pick out the steamed eggplant, pour in the seasoning and mix well. Fresh and slightly spicy, especially appetizing!
