Double Pepper Fried Fish Skin

1. Ingredients: fish skin, green pepper, red pepper.

2. Green peppers and garlic cloves are peeled; red peppers are cut into pieces with white tendons and soaked in water for a while to remove the spicy flavor.

3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, and scald the skin of the fish for later use.

4. Add oil to the pan and sauté the garlic cloves.

5. Stir fry under the fish skin.

6. Pour in cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir well.

7. Add green and red pepper and stir fry.

8. Add salt to taste.
