Double Pepper Potato Shreds

The ingredients are shown in the picture.

Peel and shred potatoes.

Soak the sliced potato shreds in clean water.

Sliced garlic and ginger.
5.
Shred green and red peppers.

Wash the potato shreds several times to remove the excess starch, drain and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil in the pot.
8.
Add ginger and garlic until the oil is cooked until fragrant.

Pour shredded potatoes.
10.
Stir fry for a minute.

Add green and red pepper shreds and stir fry for one minute.
12.
Put a pinch of salt.
13.
Stir-fry for half a minute.
14.
Take out the pan and serve.
