Double Pepper Sauteed Duck Intestines

Prepare raw materials;

Rub the duck intestines with salt and rinse;

Tips:
1. Clean the duck intestines first, knead the duck intestines with salt and flour in turn, and then rinse them with water;
2. Boil the cleaned duck intestines in the pepper water, roll them slightly, and remove them. Pay attention to the time not to be too long to avoid getting old;
3. When sautéing, sauté the pickled peppers and red peppers first, then add the blanched duck intestines and stir-fry, add some light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt to taste;
4. Put the prepared cooked peanuts and stir-fry evenly before serving.
