Double Pepper Twice Cooked Pork

The ingredients are shown in the picture.

Wash the pork belly, put three slices of ginger, some green onions, a little cooking wine, and cook for 20 minutes in a pot of cold water.

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic as shown in the picture.

Cut the green and red peppers.

After the pork belly is cooked, let cool and slice it.

Stir fry in the pot.
