Double Potato Sago Sauce

Steam sweet potatoes and purple potatoes in a steamer for 15 minutes

Take it out and let it cool, peel and cut into pieces

Put the sago in boiling water, boil the water again, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Drain the sago and soak in cold water

Add 800 ml of water to the pot, put the sweet potatoes and purple potatoes into the boiling water, cook on low heat for 15 minutes, then pour the milk

Then pour the sago taken from the cold water into it, and then add rock sugar

Continue to simmer until the sago is completely transparent, and finally add condensed milk.
