Double Skin Milk

1. Get the necessary materials!

2. Pour the milk into a small pot and heat, add white sugar according to personal taste, no need to boil

3. Soak the red beans in water the day before, then pour them into a pressure cooker and press for 10 minutes! Put a little white sugar in it when pressing (add according to personal taste)

4. After the milk is boiled, pour it into a large bowl and let it cool. A thin layer of milk skin will appear on the surface.

5. While boiling the milk and pressing the red beans, remove the Oreo sandwich part, put it into a clean small bag, crush it, and pour it into a small bowl.

6. Separate the egg white from the egg yolk with an egg white separator, and beat the egg white slightly.

7. Use chopsticks to gently pick up the milk skin and pour the milk into the container.

8. Pour the egg whites into the milk and stir clockwise! Then pour it into a bowl with milky skin.
