Dragon Beard Noodles

Take the noodles, add water, fluffy ash, and mix the noodles.

Place the mixed dough for 40 minutes to wake up.
3.
Repeatedly pound, stretch, throw, knead the dough and roll the noodles.
4.
Place the noodles on the chopping board, sprinkle with clear oil, stretch out the two ends of the hands, fold them in half, and pull the noodles.
5.
Bring the noodles to a boil, add the vegetables to the boil. Add chives, coriander and beef just before serving.
