Dragon Fruit Jelly

Prepare a dragon fruit, diced and set aside

Soft gelatin tablets soaked in water (about a minute or two)

Bring the water to a boil, pour in the sugar to melt, turn off the heat and put in the soaked gelatin slices and stir quickly until it is completely melted into the water

Pour the clean water of the geely slices in the pot completely into the water into the cut dragon fruit diced, stir gently, set aside to cool, and put it in the refrigerator overnight

Take out the demoulding the next day

If there is a mold, it can be poured into the mold to make it more beautiful
Tips:
Sugar can be added according to your own taste or the sweetness of the fruit itself. Geely slices may not be added to the boiling water, which may affect the formation of gums.
