Dried Bonito and Peanut Porridge
1.
Wash the peanuts again. (With or without leather.)
2.
Soak the bonito in water to soften it. (It doesn't need to be soaked for a long time, it will be soft after putting it in the water for a while.)
3.
Tear small pieces and remove the remaining fishbone by the way.
4.
Wash the basmati rice.
5.
Put the above ingredients into the rice cooker, add water, and press the porridge button to start cooking. (About 9 cups of water.)
6.
Cook and season with salt. (I usually cook it at night and eat it in the morning. The porridge is very thick.)
7.
Fresh and delicious.
