Dried Cauliflower

The cauliflower breaks the florets and soaks them in light salt water for ten minutes.

Get the cauliflower in the frying pan

Add salt and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Simmer over medium heat with a lid. Do not add water in the middle, because the cauliflower will show some water, so it’s more delicious with its original soup.
4.
Sprinkle with chili powder when it's almost cooked
5.
Stir fry evenly and add chicken essence
6.
Stir fry again to get out of the pot
Tips:
1. Don't add water, if the pot is a little dry, you can turn on a small fire
