Dried Chives and Eggs
1.
Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces, and slice the dried eggs!
2.
Fry the scrambled eggs in a cold pan with hot oil, and fry them until the eggs are dry and slightly discolored!
3.
Set aside the dried eggs, pour in the leeks, add some salt, and stir fry. After the salt is evenly fried, mix and fry the leeks and the dried eggs!
4.
Stir-fry the leeks until they are slightly soft and ready to serve!
Tips:
1. My child likes to eat dried eggs that are a bit old, and if they like a little tenderer, fry the leeks before putting the eggs in the dried eggs!
2. Dried eggs are salty, so the leeks need to be salted separately!
3. Eggs have the effect of improving freshness. I don't put MSG chicken essence in all egg-related dishes. After all, eating too much is not so good for the body!
