Dried Dried Shrimp Skin

Shred the venetian leaves and boil them in boiling water to remove the beany flavor.

Shred the ham sausage.

Wash the dried shrimps.

Heat the pan, add oil, chopped green onion and ginger, sauté until fragrant, add shrimp skins.

Add an appropriate amount of broth (clear water is also acceptable) and bring to a boil.

Add salt chicken powder and pepper, and boil for a few minutes.
