Dried Fried Salt and Pepper Beans
1.
Tear off the filaments of the beans, break them into 3-4 cm sections, wash and control the moisture
2.
Add a small egg liquid and a little salt to the beans (not too much salt, just have a bottom, add pepper and salt when it is cooked)
3.
Bump the bowl so that all the beans are covered with egg liquid. If the egg is large, add it bit by bit, so that all the beans are covered with egg liquid.
4.
Heat up the wok, pour in so much oil for the fried vegetables, heat up, and when the oil is 70% hot, sprinkle an appropriate amount of frying powder on the beans covered with egg liquid. Do not add the frying powder all at once. It depends on the oil in the pan. Sprinkle the frying powder as much as you can put in the beans, and sprinkle it as you fry. If you sprinkle too much, it will make a lump, and the batter will be too much
5.
Use chopsticks to put the beans in the frying pan, fry them and stir them with chopsticks, and fry them on a medium-to-low fire to make golden brown. You can easily shovel the beans into two sections with a shovel and they will be cooked.
6.
Sprinkle a little pepper powder after cooking
7.
Sprinkle a little more salt, or mix well with salt and pepper and then sprinkle in together. When eating, put a small dish of salt and pepper on the table for your favorite.
