Dried Lettuce Salad

Dried lettuce bought in supermarkets or vegetable farms.

Take an appropriate amount of dried lettuce and pour it into a pot.

Soak in clean water for at least 20 minutes.

Drain the water after cleaning and set aside.
5.
Boil a pot of boiling water.

Quickly pour the drained lettuce into the water. Pay attention to the quick action. The lettuce will dry in the pot for about five seconds. The lettuce will not be crisp if it takes too long.

Remove and drain the water.

Add an appropriate amount of minced garlic.
9.
Add some salt.
10.
Add the right amount of chicken essence. (If you don’t like it, you can omit this step)

Add a small amount of caster sugar.

Pour the cold sauce, I use Lee Kum Kee here.
13.
Finally, drizzle with an appropriate amount of olive oil.
14.
Use chopsticks to mix all the ingredients and serve on a plate.
