Fried Rice with Lettuce and Minced Meat

Let the lettuce dry and soak in warm water for 10 minutes, then squeeze dry and set aside.

Add oil to the pan, pour in the minced meat and fry until fully cooked.

Pour in the dried lettuce and minced meat and stir-fry, add cooking wine and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, pour in rice, add water to stir-fry the rice, add salt, stir-fry in the pot without moisture, add monosodium glutamate to start the pot.
Tips:
Water is added because the overnight meal is harder, adding a little water to soften it, making it easier to eat. Miss Lin served with winter melon soup, so it won’t taste too dry! You can go with some seaweed soup or something!
