Dried Lotus Root and Egg with Cold Dressing

Peel the lotus root, rinse and dice.

Dice the eggs.

Mince garlic.
4.
Wash and chop coriander.

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, put the lotus root and blanch it for two minutes, then add the eggs and dry it for one minute.
