Dried Pork Lung and Vegetable Soup (with Method for Washing Pig Lungs)
1.
A complete pig’s lung is divided into two sides, with an atmospheric tube connected in the middle. A complete pig lung without incision is easier to clean. The water from the faucet rushes into the atmospheric tube until the whole pig’s lungs become swollen.
2.
Pour out the water
3.
Flush, pour water, repeat it many times, until clear water is poured out
4.
Cut into the pot and boil the foam
5.
Rinse it well. This is a half pig lung that I bought today. It is incomplete and has an incision. It is not very clean.
6.
Cleaning herbs
7.
Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot
8.
Pour in boiling water, simmer in water for 2-3 hours, add salt before drinking
