Dried Radish

Wash the white radish and cut it into 3 cm thick slices, and cut a few knives from it. Be careful not to cut the head. Put the cut radish on a hanger and let it air dry. When the radish is half or completely dry, you can take it off and pickle Controlled

Cut the dried radish into small pieces, put it in a basin, add salt and minced ginger and garlic

Add chopped pepper and mix well, put it in a sealed bottle and marinate overnight, and take as you eat
Tips:
1. Keep the dried radish on the hanger at a proper distance, not too close to facilitate air drying
2. The windows on the windowsill must be kept ventilated so that the radishes dry quickly
3. The whole dried or semi-dried dried is up to your own preference
4. The dried radish can be used for cold dressing or fried meat
