Dried Shrimp

Wash the prawns with water to control the moisture.

Heat the pan with salt and pour the shrimp into the pan.
3.
Cover the pot.
4.
Fry the prawns with a spatula until cooked through.
5.
Let it dry on a glass plate for about two or three days.
6.
After drying, it is more convenient to remove the skin and eat!
Tips:
There is no need to add water in the process of frying the shrimps. This method of drying should be well ventilated.
