Raw materials are washed and ready;

Shred the tofu skin into thin strips;
3.
Shred the green onion, cut the parsley into the same length as the tofu skin, dice the millet chili, and put it into the container together with the tofu;

Add minced garlic, a little light soy sauce, salt, chili oil, sesame oil and mix well.
