Dried Tofu and Pork Dumplings

Dried tofu cut into small pieces

Wash and chop scallions

Tips:
There is no water for soaking shiitake mushrooms, or clean water. The minced meat mixed in this way has a good taste. Simple, convenient and nutritious. Add seasonings according to your own taste, and ingredients according to demand.
