Dried Tofu and Pork Dumplings

1. Material preparation

2. Dried tofu cut into small pieces

3. Wash and chop scallions

4. Put the pork stuffing in salt, pepper, ginger powder, June fresh soy sauce, cooking wine, water and oil for soaking mushrooms, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

5. Add chopped green onions and dried tofu

6. Mix well again

7. Garlic peeled and chopped

8. Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, mix well and set aside

9. Unpack

10. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil, turn the sample water up, and put the dumplings to prevent sticking. After boiling, use medium heat and cook for about 6 minutes to see that the dumplings become soft.

11. Remove and put on a plate, ready to eat

Tips:

There is no water for soaking shiitake mushrooms, or clean water. The minced meat mixed in this way has a good taste. Simple, convenient and nutritious. Add seasonings according to your own taste, and ingredients according to demand.
