Dried Tofu Mixed with Double Mushroom

Prepare materials. Dried tofu and shredded carrots. Wash the mushrooms. Fenpi is soft soaked in cold water. Cut coriander into sections.

Heat up a non-stick pan, add mushrooms, and sauté on low heat.

Pour sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt in sequence.

1. You can also put in your favorite vegetables.
2. For the color to look refreshing, try to use rice vinegar, persimmon vinegar and other light colors.
