Dried Tofu with Egg Garlic Sprouts

Clean the garlic sprouts, remove the top dry part, smoke and clean, and put the eggs into the bowl

Tips:
If it feels too dry, you can add a little water to increase the humidity and facilitate the penetration of the flavor; adding the egg cubes afterwards can maintain the fresh and tender taste and beautiful color.
