Dried Tofu with Hot Peppers

The frozen dried tofu is thawed in cold water. Instead of sharp peppers, the hot peppers are less spicy than sharp peppers, which are acceptable to both the elderly and children.

Wash and shred dried tofu, shred the chili, remove the seeds and slice the chili arc, don't throw this arc, it tastes very good when fried.
