Dried Tofu with Hot Peppers

Cut dried tofu, and green pepper into two-inch long filaments;

Heat up the pot, add the oil, add the chopped green onion, ginger, five-spice powder, and light soy sauce. Add the dried tofu shreds, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add water, refined, and salt to medium heat, cover and simmer for 2 minutes;

Add green pepper shreds and stir fry until there is still a small amount of soup in the pot, thicken the gorgon with water starch, and serve.
