Drunk Chicken Slices

After washing the chicken breast, put it in a pot with cold water, add ginger slices, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.

Tips:
1. The chicken breast is fragile after being cooked, let it cool sufficiently, and then cut into thick slices along the lines.
