Dry Cheeks---stir-fried Shiitake Mushroom Roots

Rinse the mushroom roots with running water, and dry the mushroom roots as much as possible with your hands.

Tear the mushroom roots into 3-4 strips along the root texture.

Bring the pot to 50% heat. Pour the mushroom roots into the pot and stir-fry on medium heat.

Squeeze it with a spatula to fully stir out the moisture in the roots of the shiitake mushrooms.

Sprinkle in cumin powder, chili powder, salt, chopped black pepper, and chopped basil, and mix well.
Tips:
1. After cleaning the shiitake mushroom roots, try to dry them as much as possible, so that no excess water is left in them, so that the roasted shiitake mushroom roots are the most chewy and delicious.
2. Stir-fry first can make the moisture in the roots of shiitake mushrooms fully fry dry, and the vegetables will be dry and chewy.
