Dry Fried Noodles

Shred the tenderloin and green garlic.

Heat the frying pan and cut the shredded pork, then add the chopped pepper and stir-fry.

Add salt, light soy sauce, and chicken bouillon, stir-fry evenly, pour in half a bowl of water and bring to a boil. This is the topping for fried noodles.
