Dry Fried Yellow Croaker

The head of the bought yellow croaker is removed, the internal organs are removed and then washed, and the water is soaked up with kitchen paper.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan and gently fry the yellow croaker until golden on both sides.

Pour the light soy sauce on the yellow croaker before making it out of the pot and let the fish evenly coat the light soy sauce.
