Cut the beef into appropriate size, and put the star anise, bay leaves, yamana, cumin, dried Chinese pepper, and dried chili into the spice bag

Tips:
1. The beef should not be marinated too soft, otherwise the taste of the finished dish will not be chewy and lack of dry flavor;
2. Dry-mix dishes should not use staple ingredients with too much oil, otherwise the finished dishes will not be refreshing and dry.
