Dry Tofu Mixed with Cucumber

1 dried tofu, 2 cucumbers, half a carrot, 1 peeled and fried peanuts, 1 green onion, and half garlic.

Shred the dried tofu.

Also shred the cucumber, not too thin and chewy.

Carrots can be finer.

Roll the peanuts into pieces.

Chop some chopped green onion and minced garlic.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Add sugar, vinegar, salt, soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well.
