Duck Blood Tofu Soup

Fresh tofu and duck blood

Duck blood, sliced tofu, minced ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic to a low heat and stir fry, add duck blood and tofu, stir fry, cook with cooking wine soy sauce
