Duck Eggs Marinated in White Wine

Prepare high-quality liquor and refined salt. I used nearly 1 and a half packets of salt

Duck eggs wash and dry

Pour the white wine into a bowl, and roll the duck eggs in a circle

Put the salt in the bowl, as shown in the picture

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and store it in a cool place

After 15 days, wash off the salt on the duck eggs

In a pot under cold water, boil for about 10 minutes

As shown, peel off. If you want to eat it with oil, you have to pickle it for a few more days.
Tips:
Control the amount of refined salt by yourself and store in a cool place.
