Duck Intestine Fried Rice

The rice is cold, stir and fluffy, set aside, dice the ham and cut the duck intestines short

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the duck intestines and stir fry when the oil is hot, then add the diced ham and continue to stir fry

Stir-fry with rice, then add dark soy sauce to color, add less salt to enhance the flavor

After frying until all the rice is dyed, sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve
Tips:
I made four servings, so I used three or two duck intestines, three ham sausages, and three and a half bowls of rice. You can increase or decrease it in moderation. If you like spicy food, add more duck intestines.
