Duck Jane Celery

Duck Zhen peels off the outer white skin, slices it with soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, cornstarch and marinates for ten minutes.

After celery is cut into sections and sprinkled in water, stir-fry for a while and serve.
3.
Stir-fry raw garlic seedlings in another pot.
4.
Add the duck and stir fry until the color changes, add oyster sauce, chicken essence, cornstarch to thicken and turn off the heat.
5.
Pour it on top of celery.
