Duck Leg Rice with Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice

Cut the duck leg into pieces, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and minced garlic to marinate, and put in the refrigerator (prepared the night before)

Soak the glutinous rice and cut the carrot into small pieces.

Put the oil in the wok, add the duck legs and fry to change the color.

Add carrots and mushrooms and continue to stir fry.

Add the soaked glutinous rice and stir well.

Pour it onto the basket with lotus leaves.
