Duck Liver, Fish Ball and White Radish Soup

Wash half of the white radish, peel and cut into small pieces, wash the duck liver and cut into pieces, wash the fish balls and coriander and set aside.

Add a spoonful of water and white radish to a boil.

After boiling, continue to cook for 5 minutes, then add fish balls and fried garlic to continue cooking.

Cook until the soup is milky white and add duck liver.

After the duck liver is cooked, add salt to taste, and add the coriander at the end.
