Duck Meat and Carrot Soup

1. Peel the radish and cut into small pieces.

2. Cut the duck into small pieces and boil it in cold water to remove the blood foam.

3. Since duck meat is better cooked, pressure cooker is not needed. My home casserole is very convenient. Put a proper amount of ginger slices in and boil the water.
